This is 100% true. I was a slow goofy kid coming into phelps. With matts training, my training, balance, acceleration, hip mobility,my stride, and my endure have all improved. I ran a 4.66 40 yard dash in camp, and give alot of credit to matt. The rest of the credit goes towards my amazing athletic ability
