Strength Class

Want to get stronger in the gym? Need to improve strength for a sport or hobby? Look no further, Phelps Gym strength class is exactly what you need to make quality gains in strength and lean muscle. Performing full body workouts on non consectuive days allows you to participate in that little thing called life, all while providing the best gains that you have ever had in the gym. All clients receive workout sheets to track progress, and are closely monitored to ensure that proper form is being implemented. Clients typically fall into either a M, W, F routine, or a T, Th, Sa routine.

Strength Class Schedule:

Monday: 6:00AM-7:00AM, 8:00AM-9:00AM, 10:30AM-11:30AM, 4:30PM-5:30PM, 5:30PM-6:30PM

Tuesday: 6:00AM-7:00AM, 4:30PM-5:30PM, 5:30PM-6:30PM

Wednesday: 6:00AM-7:00AM, 8:00AM-9:00AM, 10:30AM-11:30AM, 4:30PM-5:30PM, 5:30PM-6:30PM

Thursday:  6:00AM-7:00AM, 4:30PM-5:30PM, 5:30PM-6:30PM

Friday: 6:00AM-7:00AM, 8:00AM-9:00AM, 10:30AM-11:30AM, 4:30PM-5:30PM, 5:30PM-6:30PM

Saturday: 10:00AM-11:00AM

 

 

ATHLETES

We train a WIDE variety of athletes at PTS, and have yet to come across an athlete that does not need to get stronger and faster!

- We apply our old school, blue collar approach to help BOTH male and female athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes get the most out of our training program.

 

-Our training programs for athletes are 90 minutes off season, and 60 minutes in season.

-Off Season training includes a dynamic flexibility training, speed/agility/jump training, strength training, and conditioning.

-For those who work hard and follow our program to a "T", the results cannot be denied!

     Metabolic Meltdown

The Metabolic Meltdown is, simply put, the BEST workout in the Capital Region! Workouts are fast paced, engaging, ever changing, and can be customized to any fitness level. The Metabolic Meltdown is a group training program that is geared towards adults who want to:

-Increase Strength

-Shed Body Fat

-Improve Muscle Tone

-Increase Bone Density

-Improve Flexibility

-Workout with others in a fun, challenging atmosphere!
