Lacrosse is an extremely unique sport to train for in the sense that it requires many different athletic qualities: speed, strength, power, agility, size, and a high level of conditioning. In order to be at the top of your game, you need to train with a great degree of intensity; an intensity that is often difficult to create on your own.

 Here at Phelps Training Systems, we will put you in a competitive environment that will get you stronger, faster, more explosive, bigger, and in the best shape of your life. We will strive to make you better by demanding 100% from you each and every time you train.

By emphasizing maximum upper and lower body strength/power training, bodybuilding methods to create a larger athlete, metabolic conditioning through the implementation of strongman training and other alternative methods of conditioning, and core strength developed through a vast array of rotational movements, you can be sure to meet your personal goals when you take the field each and every spring!
