We train a WIDE variety of athletes at PTS, and have yet to come across an athlete that does not need to get stronger and faster!
- We apply our old school, blue collar approach to help BOTH male and female athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes get the most out of our training program.

-Our training programs for athletes are 90 minutes off season, and 60 minutes in season.
-Off Season training includes a dynamic flexibility training, speed/agility/jump training, strength training, and conditioning.
-For those who work hard and follow our program to a "T", the results cannot be denied!

Metabolic Meltdown

The Metabolic Meltdown is, simply put, the BEST workout in the Capital Region! Workouts are fast paced, engaging, ever changing, and can be customized to any fitness level. The Metabolic Meltdown is a group training program that is geared towards adults who want to:
