Metabolic Meltdown
The Metabolic Meltdown is, simply put, the BEST workout in the Capital Region! Workouts are fast paced, engaging, ever changing, and can be customized to any fitness level. The Metabolic Meltdown is a group training program that is geared towards adults who want to:
-Increase Strength
-Shed Body Fat
-Improve Muscle Tone
-Increase Bone Density
-Improve Flexibility
-Workout with others in a fun, challenging atmosphere!
Class Schedule (All Classes are 45-60 minutes in length):

6:00AM, 8:30AM, 1:30PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM
Tuesday
8:30AM, 5:30PM
Wednesday
6:00AM, 8:30AM, 1:30PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM
Thursday
8:30AM, 5:30PM
Friday
6:00AM, 8:30AM, 1:30PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM
Saturday
9:00AM
